Precious Piecings "tag, you're it!" challenge

Precious piecings is kicking off their new facebook page and Design Team! Our first challenge is on the facebook fan page . It is called "Tag, you're it!" and you can win a free paper piecing pattern by joining. This contest ends on Sunday 2/27/2011. Bunny Zoes Monthly Challenge

Hey all I am participating in my first challenge over at Bunny Zoes...theme was flowers....goodness knows I like me some flowers! Here is my entry which is also up for sale at Ebay now

I sometimes wonder if.....

I will survive getting our 5th child, who is 15, through the teen years. She has already given me too many grey hairs to count. I apparently missed the memo telling parents how hard teenagers can be! I think that is one of the reasons I enjoyed working with the baby patterns and themed stuff this last weekend. They are so sweet and innocent at that age :)

I went ahead and made scrapbook pages out of the baby items I had posted pictures of  on Sunday. The boy one is on Ebay now and the girl one goes up on Thursday. I will give you a sneak peek though

Happy Sunday Morning Everyone!

I am in a great mood today because the sun is shining and it is starting to warm up!!! WHOO HOOOOOOO I am so ready for spring to come. I am so sick of scrapping winter and Valentines day stuff. I want spring colors and butterflies and fairies.

Here are my submissions for the precious piecings admin. position I am applying for. Lisa at PP wanted me to use the diaper file and the baby boy. I decided to think outside the box a bit and make what could be used for either baby announcements or a baby shower. I really enjoyed doing these and am thinking of trying out an auction with sets of these for someone to use at a celebration.....thoughts?

Welcome to my blog!

Thanks for joining my blog everyone! Getting ready to apply for the admin  position with Precious Piecings and am going to have my items I will be submitting to her up here soon. Let me know what you think! The theme she gave me was something I haven't had to do for a while, baby theme. It's been almost 3 years since I have done baby stuff when my youngest granddaughter was born. I enjoyed coming up with a few ideas. Wish me luck I would really enjoy working with Lisa at Precious Piecings. Sounds like a lot of fun stuff to come from her!
